Max Lee Visit to Vietnam Cooperative Association (VCA) to establish a link to promote IAB and IFA together with delegation for Seacare Cooperative Ltd in Singapore. VCA is asking the Singapore government assistance to uplift the technical skills of its members. Therefore, since this is government to government arrangement, the premier cooperative in Singapore is Seacare Coopertive were given a role by government to look into the matter.
I was invited to join the delegation of Seacare cooperative to visit VCA and to build the bridge of IAB and IFA. They are very positive on this as the skills of financial person is crucial to Vietnam cooperative movement. |
