Acas has launched a new three-hour digital training course on managing employees’ return to the workplace.
“The event will help you identify the key issues your employees might be facing as they return to the workplace. It will help you understand your responsibilities as an employer and provide you with practical skills so that you can address any issues with confidence,” the organisation said.
Using interactive case studies, the event will lead you through a fictional scenario with Packaging Solutions Ltd’s journey back to the workplace. You will have the opportunity to discuss and decide how the management team might approach emerging attendance issues and support their employees, including:
- Anxious Aaron, who is concerned about using public transport.
- At risk Angela, who wants to continue working from home.
- Kevin the career, who is juggling work and family life.
This event is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals, business owners, trades union representatives, employee representatives and individuals who wish to enhance their CPD. It takes place on:
- October 14, 9:30am – 12:30pm
- October 22, 9:30am – 12:30pm
