COVID-19 Status statement – update 24.03.20
In response to the latest government guidance we have closed our office with immediate effect. As previously advised, having implemented our Business Continuity Plan, most members of staff are working from home. Please be assured that systems are in place to minimise disruption in our operations although, with the office closure, there will be some tasks we will not be able to perform.
We will maintain our usual office opening hours – Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 – but will only be able to respond to email enquiries.

You will receive a response to your email within 3–5 working days.
We will continue to process registrations and results. If you have an examination booked, we will be in touch shortly. Any exam scripts received in the IAB office up to 23 March 2020, are now out with the markers and moderators. If you have exam scripts to submit for marking, please hold onto these and await further instructions (remember confidential assessment materials must be stored securely). We will not be able to issue certificates for the next three weeks, whilst the office is shut, but we will be distributing results via the Quartz Web Portal (further information to follow).
In this period of uncertainty, we aim to be flexible and pragmatic and work with centres to protect the interests of learners.
We will provide regular updates to our centres via email and notices posted on the IAB website in the Centre Area and on the Quartz Web Portal.
