The IAB’s annual London Tutors Workshop took place on the 16th May, and was well received by all the tutors present.
The morning started off with an introduction from IAB Chief Executive Malcolm Trotter, followed by ‘Looking ahead at future developments within the IAB’ by Graham Ward (Head of Qualifications). The next session was taken by Thomas Bird (Centre Development Co-Ordinator) who gave the lucky attendees a glimpse of IAB online, the IAB’s next stage of computerised testing. The morning session was then finished by Chris Wooster (Education & Customer Services Co-ordinator) with a presentation on Administrative procedures.
After lunch everyone divided up into the three workshops on Bookkeeping, Computerised Bookkeeping and Computerised Payroll, to work though past papers and network with other tutors.
