Code of Conduct for Ambassadors
What is expected of you as an IAB Ambassador, and how to run your group meetings so that every member gets value from them.
Thank you for becoming an IAB Ambassador, you will be playing a key role in the future of the IAB and helping to supply valuable support to the members of your own group. We want these meetings to be relaxed and inclusive to you and the members of your group and a place where you can all feel supported and at ease knowing that twice per month you have somewhere to go to share your wins and losses and to gain valuable information that will aid business growth.
Each meeting will run on the proceeding week after the IAB Coffee mornings.
The length of each meeting should be no longer than an hour.
You will be the chair and therefore, you will need to be strict on the timings of each section in order that everyone has their space to talk and share.
As an IAB Ambassador you play an important and influential role within your group it is important that the IAB is always represented correctly and in a positive light.
If it is found that you do not adhere to these guidelines and to be having a negative effect then your role as an Ambassador will be removed.
